Trilogy A&I

Built the Acquisitions & Integration function for Trilogy, which acquired a software company a week. Hired the Team, and developed the due diligence acquisitions process and the methodology for assimilating the new acquisitions into the core centrally provided services.

SkyConsult JV

Established a joint venture between WebConsult and Skybridge finance group, a leading Kazakh investment bank, which provided finance and initial client contacts. Grew the company to over 100 people, revenue in excess of 12M$/pa.

Generix Transformation

Engaged with Generix Group, a mid-size French software company, to lead the transformation efforts. Began a revitalization Programme to rewrite and reset its software products on modern SaaS technology, and a parallel Programme to reset its global Support services, as well as running the Process Management Office to push innovation throughout the company.

Avanade Wordwide IT Operations

Recruited and built the Team that designed and implemented Avanade’s worldwide IT infrastructure, both data and voice, supporting 18 locations out of 3 outsourced datacenters. Established the framework for offering Avanade’s internal infrastructure and outsourcing expertise to customers, leveraging the investments made internally.

Microsoft Licensing Operations

We managed a Project to stabilize Microsoft’s flagship OEM licensing application, supporting the Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) program. This was a program that managed revenue recognition for Microsoft’s 40B$ licensing, involving 84 authorized replicators (ARs) using the world’s largest Biztalk implementation.

We managed the development of the AR front end, provided an independent test team to handle the software quality assurance, designed and deployed a firewall infrastructure for the AR network worldwide, including custom-designed hardware.
